Hands down recommend this company. As a new business owner i was hesitant of marketing, or web development companies. Since speaking with them they have been phenomenal, they had my site up and running within a few days after getting started with them. The amount of patience and focus they put into your project is unreal, not many companies that provide service the way these folks do!

I have been using Townsquare for over a year. They have been pretty good to work with but today I received exceptional service from Emily. She listened to what wasn’t working for me and came up with multiple options on how to make it better. She was able to help me figure out the best one and even offered to help me change my client forms. She was kind and patient and listened to what I needed.

This company has been the worst decision I have made to date as a small business owner. Our company was placed on the back burner and continually told that they needed more time to improve our ranking all the while customers that filled out the contact form on our website were not being forwarded to me so we could respond to them in a timely manner and Townsquare interactive charged me for service after I canceled when I called in to say that I had canceled three weeks ago they were hesitant about refunding the money I was charged after canceling. Beware of this company they will not follow through with the promises the sales team makes.
