An absolutely terrible experience. For the first several months, I was under the impression they were working on my website and my search engine optimization. Come to find out, my account manager had left the company and they hadn't reassigned me to anyone else. They were billing me month-to-month and doing no work on the site. I wasted time and money. They did reassign me to a new account manager and things got a little better, but I definitely felt like the only person driving progress was me. I had a schedule my own meetings with them in order to get them to complete the tasks that needed to be done. Essentially, I was my own account manager. When I decided to leave and go elsewhere, I was one day late canceling my service so they billed me for another month. When I asked to speak to a manager about that and to have that amount prorated and returned to me, they assured me a manager would call me but no one ever did. This company does not care about their clients. I would highly recommend going anywhere else but Townaquare.
Update: i was contacted almost immediately after posting the above 1-star review. Jackie was very nice and said she would see about processing the refund for the extra month. She sent another text saying the refund is in process. I do appreciate them taking care of that issue. Still not the company for me, but at least we've parted on slightly better terms.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephan Brown, for the design of my website, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The initial phone call.was great....the sales lady was very thorough and friendly like my best friend. consequently I was interested in the product and scheduled a second call and then a third finally settling on a plan she thought was good for me in my situation. We talked extensively about everything and I was feeling very good about it and then didn't hear from anybody for I think over a month.this concerns me as I have been down this road before and still don't have a website that I can go and look at but I'm hopeful that things will turn around and that maybe I need to step up and do my part more I'm not sure but still hoping for the best. I shouldn't say I don't have a website what I mean is I don't know how to access it and how to tweak it or how to add in things I want to add in not saying they're doing something wrong I just don't know what's happening at this moment. good luck out there everybody

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly on the line when you call to make changes to your website. I had wonderful customer support from Sharon today. She got everything I was wanting done in one phone call and it was all done in less than 30 mins. Can't thank them enough for what they do!
