I was very, very pleased working with Smack Happy. They delivered what they promised on pricing, timeline, and had some great suggestions for my new website. Since the launch, whenever I have changes/updates they take care of them quickly and hassle free. A project I procrastinated and was terrified of tackling went off without a hitch. Smack Happy is it for me, they are my website shop now. If anybody is looking for a new website, or WordPress maintenance, they should definitely hire Smack Happy!

The response time is probably what I'm most happy about when it comes to working with Smack Happy Design. When something happens or if I have a question, I feel like it gets handled almost immediately.
The other thing that I really like is the training that's available. Smack Happy has really empowered me to update things on our website myself. I love that they make these videos for me just showing me how to do things and I've gone back and referenced them a few times.
We are a small business, so everybody wears a lot of hats. The website is not really one of my hats, it just sort of falls in my lap. With Smack Happy, I'm able to talk to them about what's in my head, what I want to do, and then they just kind of run with it.
I feel like generally everyone I've worked with has always been very easy to talk to, and very professional.

We love Smack Happy. They have been a joy to work with, are as professional as can be and are extremely knowledgeable about their trade.
We’re gratified that we found Nicole and Natalie. Nicole took the time to get to know us and our project. She presented several options that we hadn’t even thought of, for example coming up with a way to automatically send a beautiful electronic certificate of thanks to each elected official who signs a "no-tobacco-money" pledge with us. Natalie, too, has been a tremendous help. She's a joy to work with and has been incredibly patient in helping us get the site up and running. She’s so knowledgeable and is an exceptional communicator. We would highly recommend Smack Happy to anyone looking to set up a new site or redesign an existing one.
