I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms Brittany Murphy this morning. She was extremely knowledgeable in all things PPC and SEO/web development. She let me know that because of my niche, she didn’t feel One Thing Marketing was a great fit for me, but that didn’t stop her from sharing her expertise. I am very happy with the website that One Thing Marketing created for my accounting business. I wanted a professional website that current and new customers could access to learn more about me and the services I provide. Dan and Brittany took the time to get to know what my business is about and to make sure that my website reflected that. They made sure I was included in the design process and have kept me updated with the progress the entire time. They also had a lot of great suggestions for the website content. First of all, I don't normally go this far as to leave reviews online, but I spoke with someone at your company named Brittany and all I can say is, THANK YOU for having her be a part of your team! When I called I wasn't sure what to ask and I think she could tell. So, she kindly took over and educated me a little on your company, SEO, the different types of marketing strategies for my startup online business, and a lot of things I could do on my own, as well as, what it would cost to use your services. I was TOTALLY impressed! I almost passed out. :) I explained to Brittany that you don't run into many business people nowadays willing to offer valuable advice without a number behind it, and that she was a rare commodity.
Your representatives patience with me made me feel calm because this is all new to me. I also greatly appreciated her concern with my understanding what she was explaining and telling me to stop her if I did not understand something. I've been around long enough to know it's hard to find people like this. A lot of professionals just want you to listen because they are the professional. But she was extremely understanding to knowledge or, the lack there of, and very kind and professional about it. One Thing Marketing is totally recommendable!
