My recent experience with Michael Earley of New Tricks was one of the more positive I've had with a consultant. I work as a volunteer with my neighborhood organization's website, which New Tricks helped us design six years ago. Recently I had encountered several small problems I couldn't resolve and so scheduled a time with Michael to look at them. In 45 minutes he solved them all. He understood the issues, worked quickly and efficiently, and—best of all—explained what he was doing and why. This left me not only with problems solved but with better knowledge and understanding than I'd had before—something I very much appreciate. And he didn't charge extra for tuition.
