We have worked with JM Online for more than three years utilizing web hosting and design services. Most recently we worked with them on a complete redesign of our website. JM Online provides outstanding value for their professional services lending great insight into web presence design and is very responsive to requests. Also really like the back-end self-support tool allowing us to handle routine updates to our web page following the redesign. Very helpful!

I cannot say enough good things about JM Online Omaha! I searched numerous companies for our website build and nobody cared or listened like they did to understand what my goals were. They were even better once the process was started.
The owner Jonathan is very hands on, checks in to make sure all is going well and you're pleased throughout the process, and they have excellent workers who sincerely care. Interestingly, they were the lowest price of the several companies I talked to.
Not long after contracting, I had some life changes that required me delaying the website build. JM Online remained very patient and proactively checked in periodically to see if/when I was ready to proceed.
Do yourself a big favor and talk with them if you're having a website made, need hosting, or marketing services. I could not be happier with how the website turned out...and I'm quite picky.

We used to manage our website and hosting all in house. After years of issues and untimely downtime, we put our website in the hands of Jonathan and JM Online. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we receive and we haven't had an issue since we've switched.
