Just met Brian Tucker and Will Hodges this morning for a project that I need work done on. Both Brian and Will were professional and helpful with some tips. More than Likely I will be engaging Impact Media! This was in January 2024.
Update 10/8/24. Brian Tucker, President of Impact Media Solutions, and I entered into a contract on 4/26/24. I allege Brian Tucker failed to fulfill the contract and I believe I have cause to seek a refund of prepaid monies through small claims court. Brian Tucker, refuses to comply with my requests to refund any prepaid money.
Since Brian Tucker does not own real estate in either New Hanover, Brunswick or Pender County, it is of no value to take this to court now. Any judgement in my favor would only be enforceable by attaching a lien against property owned by Brian Tucker.
The statute of limitations is for three years. I will wait.

I originally came to Impact Media after I was having problems with my previous business partner over the direction of my news website. I knew they were the best option after I sat down with Brian and Patt for a free consultation about moving forward on my own.
Needless to say, Impact Media made the transition very smooth and helped me obtain full ownership of my site entirely for free. What's even more impressive, is that once we got down to business, the team managed to turn a mediocre-looking site into a well-designed online news outlet. I get thousands of unique visits daily and am frequently getting compliments from my readership about the "look" and "navigability" of the website.
Nicole, the company's lead programmer, is nothing short of exceptional. Even though she is constantly juggling multiple projects, she always has time to help me with a problem I might be having. The entire team at Impact Media has never been late with a reply.
If you are looking for an elite team of professionals who actually care about your individual goals then I would HIGHLY recommended Impact Media. I rarely write reviews for Google, but in this case the service I received warranted one.
