Excellent communication, helping us explain and go through the process of the website. very quick in changing designs if we wanted a different approach with customization/texts. she discuss with us everything extensively via email, text, and call before confirming to know if there is any changes in mind before activating the website to the public domain. No hassle regarding the process, in addition everything is done at a professional level. I highly recommend anyone whether small or large company of sort to contact her!

Arlene is an amazing web-designer, but her skills go far beyond that. She knew what we wanted, but also what we needed. Her wide-ranging skills and knowledge were amazing. She patiently explained things to us so that we would always understand. I would not only recommend Arlene for any web design job, but I would encourage anyone to get to know this amazing woman. She is patient, kind, efficient, knowledgeable in all aspects, and a pleasure to work with. We had a difficult situation to deal with and she went above and beyond for us. We didn't know Arlene when we found her on the internet, and even though we haven't met in person we consider her a friend.
We will be forever grateful for all that she did to help us.

I cannot say enough about Arlene at Designerfox. She is so personable, professional, beyond experienced, and truly cares about her clients. Arlene listened to my suggestions and made a website that represented me as a person and made it a cut above the rest of the websites of others in my field. I fully trust everything she does as a designer. She also does my SEO and I started to see results within two months. She is transparent about the work she puts in. She gives reports (when she doesn’t need to because I see the results in my sales). She is worth every penny and more.
