I hired a company to build my first website in 1998. Since then I've hired six different companies to build a total of seven additional websites for various companies. So when I say, "I know the difference between an good web-creation company, a mediocre web-creation company, and a truly awful one," I know that I'm talking about. Art Wave doesn't fit into any of those categories because my experience with them was absolutely remarkable. They were fantastic to work with and built a site that my partners and I are truly proud of!
As far as I'm concerned, these are the four most important factors that separate the Great from the Good, the Mediocre, and the awful web-creation companies:
1. Was I completely happy with the completed website?
2. Was the work completed in the promised length of time?
3. Was the pricing fair?
4. How efficient, pleasant, difficult or easy, was the communication between me and the company during the entire process?
On all of these criteria, I give Art Wave a 10 out of 10, Five Stars, all the kudos I can muster, and my sincere thanks for a job well done... and equally importantly, enjoyably done!

Ten plus years back, after an extensive search, I used Art Wave to design my company's first website. Now that the initial website was getting outdated, based on my past experience, I had nowhere else to look at. I am very passionate about great websites and Mr. Raney was able to make my vision come true.
